5304 Chestnut Street
Full Gut Duplex Renovation – 52nd Street Corridor in West Philadelphia.
5304 Chestnut St. was acquired one year prior to the pandemic. This project was an existing duplex with significant deferred maintenance but great bones. A full gut renovation project was the only option for 5304 Chestnut St. NorthJet Property Group believes in keeping our existing and new clients happy, as well as executing projects the right way. The NorthJet Team completed this project in 2023 with full City of Philadelphia (L&I) oversight and permitting approval.
The project scope included a full interior demolition, rear foundation repair. We replaced all the electric, plumbing and mechanicals and also included new central air systems for both units. Both units also feature modern finishes with granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, new black framed windows, and in unit washer/dryer units
